GOPAC (Global Organisation of Parliamentarians Against Corruption) will be holding its upcoming 3rd Global Conference in Kuwait City, Kuwait from November 16 - 19th, 2008. The Conference will bring together parliamentarians from around the world to focus on the role of parliamentarians in the UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) and its effective implementation and oversight.
