During a meeting of the Association of European Parliamentarians for Africa (AWEPA), World Bank Director Edith Grace Ssempala discussed development aid with the AWEPA Council. The Council is AWEPA’s highest political body and counts 30 representatives from the AWEPA sections in the European Parliament and the national parliaments of Europe.
