Microempresas y la generación de empleo

El alto nivel de informalidad en América Latina ha sido observado por muchos y es preocupante por la manera como afecta la calidad del empleo. Microempresas en el sector informal generan casi la mitad de los trabajos urbanos en la región y generalmente proveen empleo a los más pobres.
