The Peru country office held an award ceremony for the eight winners of the 2008 Civil Society Fund Competition. The ceremony took place at the World Bank office in Lima-Peru with the participation of the WB Regional Director, Felipe Jaramillo.
At the ceremony, Jaramillo congratulated winners for their proposals and recognized the volunteer work of the members of the multisectorial jury, responsible for the final selection.
A total of 121 proposals were received and 8 winners selected by the jury, receiving a total of US$35,000. To know more about the Peru CSF 2008 please write to mdasso@worldbank.org
