Coastal cities in Africa are feeling the heaviest impacts of climate-related natural disasters. Within those cities, the urban poor are most deeply affected because of the location of their homes in low-lying, flood-prone areas. Today, governments are turning to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools to help mitigate and, in some instances, prevent the impacts of these disasters. Has your life been impacted?
