English | Portuguese |  | The Public Expenditure Review (PER) The PER, 2007 is a report that provides opportunities to improve the quality of public expenditures in Angola. This report involved the assessment of recent progress and remaining challenges in public finance management, building on the findings and recommendations of the previous report on Public Expenditure Management and Financial Accountability (PEMFAR). The report is the result of collaboration between the World Bank and a group of development partners of the Government of Angola that includes the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the European Commission (EC), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the World Health Organization of the United Nations (WHO), and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
