TERMS: Grace period = 10 years; Maturity = 40 years
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is meant to increase the competitiveness of the economy, thereby contributing to the country’s overall economic growth. The project will notably assist with improving the investment climate and support reform of public enterprises in the mining, telecommunications, financial, transport, and energy sectors. Other objectives include the stimulation of economic diversification and development in the Katanga region, through community-driven development approaches and facilitate the reintegration of unemployed workers in the local economy.
