Investment Climate Surveys The World Bank's Enterprise Surveys website contains data on the investment climate in 62 countries, based on surveys of almost 32,000 firms. The surveys provide indicators of firm productivity and performance and measure entrepreneurs' perceptions of the investment climate in their country. Please refer to the Enterprise Survey website for economy snapshot reports and country profiles which provide an overview of key investment climate indicators. Data on Doing Business in Africa The Doing Business database provides indicators on the cost of doing business in 37 Sub-Saharan Africa countries by identifying specific regulations that enhance or constrain business investment, productivity, and growth. The indicators are developed by the Private Sector Vice Presidency of the World Bank Group in cooperation with the Lex Mundi Association of law firms and the International Bar Association.
