The work of the Belgian Poverty Reduction Partnership focuses on three main thematic areas: poverty and growth diagnostics (which also includes data collection as well as work on monitoring and evaluation systems), poverty and social impact analysis for major reforms and policies (PSIA), the links between the PRSPs and the budget, including work on Medium Term Expenditure Frameworks within the context of the Millennium Development Goals and Public Expenditure Tracking Surveys. Capacity building in these areas is also part of the objective of the BPRP. A description of the main activities carried by thematic area in Fiscal Years 2005 and 2006 is provided below.  Data CollectionÂ
