Liberia Partners' Forum - February 2007

The Government of Liberia Partners' Forum will convene at World Bank headquarters in Washington, DC on February 13 -14, 2007. The meeting will be co-hosted by the World Bank, the United Nations, the government of the United States, and the European Commission. The objectives for the forum are to:

• jointly review progress made by the Government on the reform and reconstruction agenda;
• discuss and solicit partners' feedback on strategic priorities as outlined in the Interim Poverty Reduction Strategy (I-PRSP); and
• discuss financing needs to enable the Government to meet pressing reconstruction and development challenges.
