Public Expenditure Review

The Public Expenditure Review (PER) is important input into Uganda's Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP)/Poverty Eradication Action Plan (PEAP). The PER analyzes whether the government's strategic priorities (as outlined in the PRSP/PEAP) are in line with the country's overall macroeconomic and fiscal situation.
