The Public Information Center (PIC) in Uganda aims to share knowledge and information on varying developmental issues with the Ugandan public. The center is equipped with Assistive Technology that enables people with disabilities specifically, the visually impaired to access on-line resources. It is open to the public and offers access to public reports on Uganda and Africa as well as a library of recent Bank publications.
