ASEM TF2 Progress Report (October 2005)

Please find attached the ASEM TF2 Progress Report as of October 2005. The Progress Report provides the status of the portfolio and an update on the actions undertaken since the last Annual Review Meeting in April 2005.

Over the past six months, significant progress has been made and disbursements are now at about 50 percent. Several grants have also now been completed with major impact on the reforms in the financial and social sectors.
