In order to enhance the effectiveness of the knowledge dissemination and sharing, the World Bank proposes the establishment of Development Knowledge Centers (DKCs) to provide access to a rich source of research, analysis, and data collection undertaken by the World Bank on development topics in the form of publications and through Internet access.
