Connecting East Asia: A New Framework for Infrastructure

The Asian Development Bank, the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, and the World Bank have undertaken a joint study to highlight the role that infrastructure can play in reducing poverty by supporting economic growth and providing access to key services.

The goal of the study is to provide practical guidance to senior policy-makers and to support a process of dialogue on infrastructure issues with development partners.
