Regional HIV / AIDS Sector Strategy 
This strategy note is intended to address some of the crucial challenges posed by the spreading of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the East Asia and Pacific region. The paper aims at drawing a roadmap to address HIV/AIDS in the region while recognizing that the specific responses need be targeted at the country level and to have country specific strategies. World Bank HIV/AIDS Strategy The World Bank is one of the largest sources of financing for HIV/AIDS programs. In the past years, the Bank has developed a multi-sectoral approach that is aimed at tackling the spread of the disease in the many areas that are being affected.
