 | | WORKSHOP - The Mekong River Commission Consultation on its Hydropower Program took place in Vientiane, September 25-27, 2008. The consultation brought together representatives from Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam, civil society, international donor organizations and private sector developers.
