The National Plan of Action for the Advancement of Women from 2001 to 2005 (POA2) is the plan for implementing the first five years of the National Strategy for the Advancement of Women from 2001-2010 (the Strategy). The POA2 is also a crucial component of the National Socioeconomic Development Strategy for the first 5 years of the 21st century. It also represents the strong commitment of the Party and the State of Vietnam to the successful implementation of the Global Platform for Action for the Advancement of Women.  Joint Government Donor Gender Framework (96kb pdf)
