World Bank in Vietnam Statement on Email Scam Hanoi, May 24, 2011 – The World Bank has been made aware of an email scam that claims to offer people cash prizes in exchange for payment of income taxes. The World Bank has absolutely no involvement in this effort to scam people and it has alerted law enforcement and security authorities.
