Albania: Natural Resources Development Project

WASHINGTON, - The following project was approved today by the World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors:

 

GEF GRANT AMOUNT: $5 million

IDA CREDIT AMOUNT: $7 million

TERMS: Grace period = 10 years; Maturity = 35 years

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project’s development objective is to establish or maintain sustainable, community-based natural resource management in about 218 communes in upland and mountainous erosion-prone lands.
