Albania: Health System Modernization

WASHINGTON, March 14, 2006- The following project was approved today by the World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors:

 

IDA CREDIT: US$ 15.4 million

TERMS: Grace period = 10 years; Maturity = 20 years;

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The objective of the project is to help the government improve both physical and financial access to health services with an emphasis on the poor and those in rural and remote areas.
