is seeking for an
Office Technology Coordinator

The candidate will be responsible for handling overall information office technology of the World Bank Country Office, including Network administration of LAN, user administration of Microsoft Windows XP, installation of new software and hardware, troubleshooting, PBX administration. Also, the incumbent will be responsible for the initial diagnosis and fixing of all office IT equipment, such as printers, telephone switchboard, fax machines, copiers, etc.

The incumbent is expected to be:
·       Thoroughly versed in configuration of Microsoft Windows XP and MS Office suite;
·       Able to perform basic hardware/software troubleshooting;
·       Experienced with supporting Lotus Notes email system;
·       Able to troubleshoot satellite communications problems.
Â
Qualifications:
·       University degree, preferably in Computer Science or related area, and a minimum of four years experience providing IT support or facilitating IT training in an end-user environment;
·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a virtual IT team environment with IT management and engineering staff based in other countries;
·       A good command of English is essential.
