We are open for all! No fee is required to use the PIC. You can access information from the Internet to thousands of World Bank publications and other development related materials. The Public Information Center's services include:
- World Bank project documents, reports, and publications.
- Development and research sites on the Internet.
- On-line databases of the World Bank
- CDs and databases of development data
- Development-related publications by international institutions, governments, and NGOs.
- Local periodicals
- Current statistics
- Extensive cataloguing system (Global JOLIS ) that allows users to see the collection of around 60 World Bank PICs around the world.
Public Information Center Rules
- To reserve time for you to visit PIC please call PIC coordinator at (017) 226 5284 to discuss date, time and duration of your visit.
- All visitors have to fill out on-line Sign-in sheet evry time they visit PIC.
- In PIC you may use PIC computer to access on-line resources on development related materials free of charge.
- Visitors may print out up to 10 pages of information using PIC printer or copier.
- Visitors may take out only books that are presented in PIC in more than two copies. Books are given out only with pignus of ID document for a period of not longer then 3 days.
