Treasury Maturity Framework Tool

Maturity Framework for Treasury/PFMS development process is live since November 1, 2006:

Implementation of the web-based Maturity Framework (MF) for the Treasury / Public Financial Management System (PFMS) development process was completed in October 2006. The MF for Treasury/PFMS development was originally developed during the "PEM-PAL workshop for Treasury Officials" held in Ljubljana, Slovenia from June 26-27, 2006.

Starting from November 1, 2006, all participants of the Ljubljana workshop for Treasury officials (June 26-27, 2006) and other interested parties can use the MF tool from www.pempal.org/pfmstool
web site.

A  User Guide was prepared to summarize the key features of new web based tool and sent to the email addresses of Treasury officials from 14 countries. A generic user name/password (pempal/enterpempal) was defined to provide read-only access for other interested PEM-PAL participants.

We hope that the Treasury/MoF officials will benefit from this practice and update the MF indicators regularly to monitor and evaluate the progress in various stages of their Treasury/PFMS projects.
