 Artan GUXHO, Projects Officer, joined the World Bank in 1999. He has seventeen years of experience in roads, railways, bridges (and other structures) design/construction and maintenance. His previous experience includes seven years as a manager and technical director of Albanian Road Administration and project management units. Mr. Guxho is a Vice Chairman of the Albanian Association of Transport Engineers and a lecturer in Tirana University, Civil Engineering Faculty.
