Jann MASTERSON, Operations Officer, joined the Bank in 1975. From 1975-1993, she worked on irrigation and agricultural services projects in the Sahel region of Africa. From 1993 to 1997, she worked on infrastructure and energy projects in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine. Since 1996 she has supervised the implementation of several energy projects and participated in the preparation/appraisal/supervision of energy projects in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Azerbaijan.
Current Work Program: Responsible for supervision of the Electricity Transmission and Distribution Project in Armenia, participates in the supervision of the Second Energy Project in Moldova.
Strengths: Project implementation (procurement, disbursements, accounting/audits, project implementation arrangements, organizing and presenting training for clients in implementation aspects), loan/credit processing procedures and negotiations.
