 Mirlan ALDAYAROV, Operations Officer, joined the Bank in December 2002. Prior to joining the Bank, he had management and consulting experience in private sector focusing on telecommunications and at an international non-profit organization, Urban Institute. He was responsible for the component of municipal finance development for the project of Urban Institute in Kyrgyz Republic and Kazakhstan. He assisted the Government of Kyrgyz Republic with drafting key legal documents in the area of local self-government and local public finance.
Current Work Program: Water, urban and energy projects in Central Asia countries.
Strengths:Knowledge of operations in water/urban and energy; experience in municipal finance and infrastructure; local governments capacity building, good team player.
Education: M.Sc. in Economics (1998).
Languages (other than English): Kyrgyz (native), Russian (fluent).
