Ani BALABANYAN, Operations Analyst in the Armenia Country Office, joined the Bank in 2002. She works on the infrastructure and energy sector lending operations and on relevant sector studies. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked for Grant Thornton Amyot as an auditor for a year and for the Central Bank of Armenia as an economist in the Monitory Policy Department for two years.
Current Work Program: Energy sector reform, heating and energy efficiency, renewable energy and transport.
