Technical documents dealing with various aspects of APC in Black Sea/Danube countries and elsewhere have been grouped under several themes. The themes were identified at the Poland APC Workshop and are most relevant to APC project implementation. Other themes may be added, as requested by participants and as additional working papers become available.
