Participants sponsored by the organizers will be accommodated at the Corinthia Towers Hotel from March 27 to March 30, 2006.

Self-financing delegates or those who would like to extend their stay in Prague can avail of the special rates below:

• Double room/single occupancy: EUR 113
• Double room/double occupancy: EUR 123

Self-financing participants can make individual reservations through on-line registration, selecting Accommodation at the Hotel Corinthia Towers needed. In order to reserve a room at the Hotel, self-financed participants will need to provide either their credit card information or a Guarantee Letter guaranteeing payment of the accommodation costs.

Corinthia Towers cancellation policy:

• Cancellation up to 48 hrs prior to arrival - No fee
• Cancellation less than 48 hrs prior to arrival - 1 night’s fee
• No show without notification - 100% fee for all nights reserved

 

Meals will be provided for all participants while the Forum is in session March 28-30, 2006. The Organizers will not bear the costs of extra expenditures such as minibar, telephone and other hotel services.
