Thomas Weko is participating in a review of tertiary education systems in 23 nations. 

Prior to joining the OECD he served as a senior analyst in higher education policy for the US Government Accountability Office, a staff agency of the US Congress; Associate Director for Policy at the Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board; as an Atlantic Fellow in Public Policy (in the United Kingdom); and an Associate Professor in Politics and Public Policy.
