RECEPTION DINNER - TUESDAY, MARCH 28, 2006 - NATIONAL MUSEUM - Transportation will be provided by bus from the Corinthia Towers Hotel at 7:30 p.m. Buses will return to the hotel Corinthia Towers starting at 9:45 p.m. with the last bus departing at 10:30 p.m. BANQUET DINNER - WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29, 2006 - TROJA CHATEAU - Transportation to the Troja chateau will be provided by bus from the Corinthia Towers Hotel at 7:30 p.m. Buses will return to the hotel Corinthia Towers at 10:30 p.m. TRANSFERS FROM THE HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT
Transportation to the Ruzyne airport will be provided by car (or bus) from the hotel. For detailed information about your transfer please ask at the help desk or call the help line on (+420) 602 291 470. INTERPRETATION - Simultaneous interpretation will be available in English and Czech for the plenary meetings and panel sessions. HEADPHONES - Headphones are available to participants in conference rooms against a signature. Participants are kindly requested to hand over their headphones to hostesses when leaving each floor. Particular set of headphones is prepared on each floor. LUNCH - A buffet style lunch will be served in the Let´s Eat Restaurant on the 2nd floor on March 28 and 29, 2006. Light sandwich lunch will be served in the Cocktail Lounge on the 24th floor after the Closing Session. INTERNET - The internet access will be available on the 3rd floor in the „Shannon“ room during the conference. SPEAKER’S ROOM, PRESS ROOM - Speaker’s room will be situated on the 3rd floor in the „Clyde“ room during the conference.
