Nina Arnhold is a Senior Education Specialist at the World Bank. In her current work she is covering a wide range of education reform topics in countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining the World Bank, she has worked as a Senior Program Manager for the European University Association in Brussels where she became involved in the creation of the European Higher Education Area. Before moving to Brussels, Dr. Arnhold has worked for the Center for Higher Education Development in Germany and for the Boston Consulting Group. Her first degree is in humanities and she holds an MSc and DPhil in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford.
Her publications include books and articles focusing mainly on higher education reform issues, including From Fragmentation to Cooperation.
