PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Phase II of the Rural Enterprise Support Project aims to increase the productivity and financial and environmental sustainability of agriculture and the profitability of agribusiness in the project area.[where] There are four components to the project. The first component is the rural enterprise finance. The second component is irrigation and drainage. The third component is rural training and advisory services. Finally, the fourth component is project management.
