PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The project aims to provide long-term support to accelerate agricultural recovery and growth so that Moldova’s agricultural and rural sectors can generate greater income and reduce poverty in the process. To that end, the project’s second phase objective is to continue to foster post-privatization growth in the agricultural sector by improving access of new private farmers and rural businesses to what they need to succeed – legal ownership status, knowledge, know-how and finance.
