A dedicated shuttle service was operating between Fiumicino Airport and Hotels on May 21st for arrivals and between Hotels and Fiumicino Airport on May 26th for departures. The shuttle run from the airport to the hotels every hour. A schedule with shuttle departures from the hotels to the airport on May 26 was distributed during the Conference.

 

Alternative transportation from Fiumicino Airport to Hotels:

Train

The Leonardo Express travels from Rome's main international airport, Fiumicino, to the main central station, Roma Termini. A Leonardo Express train leaves every half hour in each direction.
From Rome's Fiumicino International Airport: Trains to Termini Station start at 06:35, with trains running at 5 and 35 minutes after the hour. The last train of the day departs at 23.35 (11:37pm)
From Rome Termini: Trains to the airport start at 05:52, with trains running at 22 and 52 minutes after the hour. The last train of the day departs at 22.52 (10:52pm)

The train covers the 37 km in around 35 minutes.
One-way tickets cost 11.00 Euro

Authorised taxis (white vehicles with a taximeter) are available at the arrivals areas of each terminal of the Fiumicino Airport . The fare for taxis registered in Rome is 40.00 Euro, inclusive of luggage, for a maximum of four passengers, for all destinations with in the Aurelian Walls, delimiting the central area of the city of Rome.

The fare for taxis registered in Fiumicino is 60.00 Euro, inclusive of luggage, for a maximum of four passengers, for all destinations with in the Aurelian Walls of Rome.
