Georgia: Public Sector Financial Management Reform Support Project

WASHINGTON, February 16, 2006- The following project was approved today by the World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors:

 

IDA GRANT: US$3 Million

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project will provide technical assistance and investments for: i) strengthening the institutional capacity of key agencies to more effectively and efficiently use public resources; and ii) improving accountability in the use of public resources.
