The objectives are to establish a dialogue between leaders of local governments, representatives of international organizations and youth from low-income families; brining knowledge to youth from remote areas in the South of the Kyrgyz Republic about democratic reforms and their role in the civil society. |

The project is aimed at issuing booklets and recording of Kyrgyz folk music on CD (performed by the ensemble of children from low-income families).
The goal is to stimulate and increase the interest of children from low-income families in folk music and national culture, keeping them away from streets. Issued materials will attract public's attention to national culture and traditions; various group of population will engage in process of sharing and dissemination of social heritage. |
