This Judicial Diagnostic prepared by the World Bank in cooperation with the Swiss Cooperation Office in the Kyrgyz Republic analyzes the Kyrgyz judicial system based on insights gained from a court user survey, a case-file analysis and expert assessments of legal education and judicial training, judicial infrastructure, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the country. The report is available in both English and Russian. It was publicly launched in an event with justice sector officials, civil society representatives, members of the legal profession and donors in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, on June 7, 2011.
