Statement By The World Bank Bishkek Office, Kyrgyz Republic

The World Bank Country Office in Bishkek regrets the incident that occurred during a meeting among Government officials and representatives of the donor community on February 3.  The unfortunate incident was related to a health matter and does not reflect on the World Bank and Kyrgyz Government’s strong cooperation.
