- World Bank publications and CD-ROMs for consultation. World Bank publications can be purchased from the Russian Distributor or from the internet.
- Two work-stations providing access to the World Bank website (usage limited to WB web-resources) and use of the CD-ROMS.
- Help desk via e-mail requests.
