FIAS in Russia

Since 1992, when FIAS first came to Russia, it has undertaken several assignments at both the Federal and Regional levels of government on various aspects of investment climate improvement. In 2000 FIAS started a large scale project on identifying and removal of administrative barriers to investment and business development. Special attention was paid to business access to land and real estate.
