Conference of Foreign Affairs Committee Chairpersons of the EU Member States, the European Parliament and the Parliaments of the Candidate Countries

A meeting of the Conference of Foreign Affairs Committee Chairpersons of the EU Member States, the European Parliament and the Parliaments of the Candidate Countries was held in Ljubljana, Slovenia on March 17-18, 2008.

Orsalia Kalantzopoulos, Director, Central Europe and the Baltic Countries, Europe and Central Asia Region, World Bank gave a presentation on the Bank work in South Eastern Europe, EU enlargement, etc.. Her powerpoint presentation is attached.

The Conference took place in the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia which is assuming the Presidency of the EU Council for the first half of 2008.
