The topics below, although approached from a regional perspective, are particularly relevant to Guyana. These websites will include information about reports or projects specific to the country.

	Agriculture and Rural Development - To reduce rural poverty assisting country clients to develop agriculture and rural development initiatives.			Climate Change - To assist the countries of the region adapt to and mitigate the effects of climate change.

	Education - Help close the education gap between the region and the developed world.			HIV/AIDS - Around 600,000 people in the region have died from AIDS over the past 20 years.

	Public Sector - To build efficient and accountable public sector institutions, more efficiency from government.			Social Development - To empower people to create more inclusive, cohesive and accountable societies; and to make development more sustainable and equitable.
