Marcelo Giugale, World Bank Director for Poverty Reduction and Economic Management in the Latin American and Caribbean Region, visited Jamaica June 16-17, 2008.

During his visit, Mr. Giugale participated in the Symposium on Aid for Trade for the Caribbean-Making it a Reality, where he addressed a vast audience including government officials, policy makers, representatives from international organizations, development partners, members of the private sector, and civil society organizations.
