Nicaragua- Hurricane Felix Emergency Recovery Project

WASHINGTON, March 6, 2008 - The following project was approved today by the World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors:

 

IDA Credit: US$17 million

TERMS: Maturity= 40 years Grace= 10 years

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The objective of this project is to support the Government of Nicaragua’s efforts towards advancing the sustainable recovery of the communities affected by Hurricane Felix in the North Atlantic Autonomous Region (RAAN) of Nicaragua.
