The goal of the Public Information Service is to provide access to the latest development information in support of the World Bank's policy of disclosure. The Service also organizes events to further encourage the exchange of ideas on key issues facing the country's development.
The Public Information Service provides advice through telephone, e-mail and fax. We will try to respond your requests between 24 and 48 hours. Public Information Service World Bank, Lima - Peru Contact: Claudia Celis Tel: 51-1-6150660 Fax: 51-1-4217241 Email: bmperu@worldbank.org To increase access, we have partnered with libraries to make additional development information available in person and freely. The World Bank's Depository Library Program is a key element in its publication strategy. As the world's largest development institution, the World Bank undertakes large projects of research, analysis, and data gathering. The dissemination of that research is a necessary part of the Bank's objectives, because knowledge and information, to have value, must be shared.
