PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project has two objectives: (i) to mitigate the impact of the continued socio-economic crisis on a subset of the poorest and most vulnerable households; and (ii) to continue to strengthen Ministry of Social Affairs’ (MOSA) institutional capacity to manage cash transfer programs.
