The Study Program is financed through a multi-donor trust fund that is administered by the World Bank. An initial donor meeting was held in Paris in July 2005 to raise financing for the Study Program. Since then, five bilateral donors have contributed about US$16.7 million to the Study Program. The current donors are: France, Greece, Italy, Japan, South Korea, The Netherlands, Sweden, and the United States of America.
