| December 2007 – The Business Federation (CGEM) and the World Bank, in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development, family and solidarity organize on December 12th and 13rd Forum 2007, last phase of the program "Youth and Development", at the Centre d'exposition de l'Office des changes in Casablanca. 51 projects, out of 190 received, have been selected to participate to the Forum by a jury composed of civil society, private sector and media representatives. The Forum is open to all development and youth NGOs and provides a platform for dialogue and exchange between NGOs, Youth and the private sector. A sustainable and dynamic partnership The Forum's 2007 main objective is to facilitate the meeting between Enterprises and NGOs to finalize the projects selection and financing process. After the successful 2006 edition, the Forum will support one more time, innovative local development initiatives, which involve youth as partners and actors for change. Besides that, several training and informative workshops will be organized to help participants launch and implement projects. There will be also information booths of different partners and presenting their objectives and activities. After the establishment of a partnership, enterprises and NGOs will work closely to implement the selected projects. In addition to a financial contribution, the finalists will also benefit of a coaching and a knowledge sharing from the partner entreprises.
